This notice is for MaksIT.UScheduler (UScheduler), a desktop Schedule Manager and local worker. It is the privacy policy URL for the Microsoft Store listing.

Data the app processes

The worker and UI run on your machine:

• Schedules and settings (settings.json, ProgramData or install folder).
• Script paths and process command lines you configure.
• Logs (console, files, optional Windows Event Log under MaksIT.UScheduler).
• Script output, which may contain personal data if a script you wrote reads it.

MaksIT does not receive schedules or logs.

What we do not collect

UScheduler does not create a MaksIT account, does not upload jobs to a MaksIT cloud, and does not ship advertising or analytics SDKs.

Why (legal bases)

You run the scheduler for your own administration (your instructions / Art. 6(1)(b) where you are controller of that data). MaksIT is not the controller of script output on your disk.

Support email we receive is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) or (f).

Connections

The worker starts processes and PowerShell you configure. Those programs may access the network if you wrote them that way — that is outside this app’s telemetry (there is none). Microsoft Store updates follow Microsoft’s terms.

Retention

Settings and logs remain until you delete them or uninstall. Event Log retention follows Windows policy.

Sharing

No sharing with MaksIT. Scripts may send data wherever you point them; that is your processing.
